Followed the link from Tom at Brown Wedge to this bizarre site on C. S. Lewis as the spawn of Satan.

The page of Letters from Readers (‘The Evil Fruits of C. S. Lewis’) is especially, creepily compelling. Check the way they refute the reasonable assertions of correspondents saying, like, perhaps they could be more careful in their scholarship… A window onto a truly terrifying world. If you look through the film analysis section, where hundreds of films are reviewed you’ll find what Christian children ‘should’ be watching.

i love the correspondence from a parent who says, I bought some narnia books for my children, but after I read your website, me and the kids went out and ripped up the books together, and had a great time!
IMHO narnia would be a far better place if only Lewis was _less_ christian!
I remember being read the Narnian tales and being awfully confused.
At one point Aslan says something like: “Do you know who I am? I am the great bridge builder”
And my dad turned to me in anticipation and said: “Do you know who he means?” and I said: “Yes, Isembard Kingdom Brunel!!”
For ages I thought IKB was Aslan, or, indeed, God.
Funny thing is, despite having a christian background, I never even noticed the xian parallels in Lewis…..
What amuses me – and slightly disturbs me – about the attack on Lewis is that he is, like, one of the foremost chrisitan thinkers of the twentieth century. The attacks on Pokemon/ Harry Potter et al are amusing enough, but predictable. The evisceration of Lewis is, however, pyschotic….
Fabulous. I particularly enjoyed the way their ‘Quiet Place’ automatically played music at you.
